1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Order was not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Wrong items were delivered
  • Items were damaged or spoiled upon delivery
  • Order was cancelled before preparation began
  • Technical error resulted in duplicate charges

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery or order issue
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Include photos if applicable (for damaged or wrong items)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after order has been prepared
  • Food quality complaints after consumption
  • Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Orders cancelled after preparation has begun

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of your order is affected (e.g., one item is wrong or damaged), we may issue a partial refund for the affected items only. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled before preparation begins.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order:

  • Card payments: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
  • Cash payments: Store credit or bank transfer
  • Digital wallets (Idram): Refunded to the original wallet (3-5 business days)

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Before preparation: Full refund will be issued
  • During preparation: Partial refund may be issued at our discretion
  • After preparation: No refund available, but we may offer store credit

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. We may request additional information or evidence to process your refund request.
